Before dispatch
Tracking becomes available after your order has been prepared and dispatched. Standard orders are usually prepared in 3-7 business days. Orders with a personalized packing video are usually prepared in 3-10 business days.
If you cannot find the email
- Check the inbox and spam folder for the email address used at checkout.
- Look for your GAGA GIFT order confirmation and shipping confirmation.
